OCEANA, WV (WOAY) – The Town of Oceana has tentatively approved trick-or-treating times.
According to a post on Facebook, Oceana Town Council has tentatively approved trick-or-treating in the town for October 31st, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The posts say that the WV State Health Department will be issuing guidelines for trick-or-treating sometime after October 1st, and the town will follow the guidelines set by the state, so this could change.
More information will be released when guidelines are available.
