Oak Hill residents use bubble machine to help lift community member’s spirits

OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Two Oak Hill residents decided to share their bubble machine with their community to help lift everyone’s spirits.

On Sunday, Billie and Rhual Dunlap played Christian music, waved, and blew bubbles at traffic in front of their home in Oak Hill. The Dunlaps said they got the idea from wanting to make everyone happy. The couple who has lived in Oak Hill for 25 years, used their bubble machine for over an hour.

“I think that it was well-received for those who passed by on a Sunday afternoon, we can tell by the horns that folks were happy,” said Dunlap.

The Dunlaps say they plan on sharing more bubbles the next time there’s beautiful weather.
