WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – An Oak Hill resident has passed away, and a second Oak Hill resident is currently receiving medical attention following an ATV crash this weekend in Wyoming County.
According to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to a call around 7:30 PM Saturday night regarding an ATV crash on Crany Road in Kopperston. According to the deputies, a Honda side by side had allegedly struck a bridge and overturned.
Brianna Armstrong was killed in the crash, and Dawson Nibert was transported to Charleston Area Medical Center for treatment. Deputies say this crash is still under investigation.
