OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – The Oak Hill Police Department says an autopsy and investigation have led them to conclude that the death of a woman on Riner Avenue is not a criminal matter.
The police department says the death is consistent with the medical history of the deceased woman, based on preliminary results from the state medical examiner.
The investigation was reviewed by the Fayette County prosecuting attorney’s office. Oak Hill Chief of Police Mike Whisman says the department extends its condolences to the victim’s family.
