Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – Oak Hill police arrested two people following a routine traffic stop on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
According to court documents, officers with the Oak Hill City Police Department arrested 55-year-old Linda Alexander-Green and 43-year-old Sharell Elliot Bell.
Alexander-Green is charged with a misdemeanor count of Possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and one felony count of Controlled Substance – Manufacture or possession with intent to deliver Schedule I or II narcotic or meth, and one felony count of Conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Bell is charged with one count of Controlled Substance – Manufacture or possess with intent to deliver Sched I or II narcotic or meth and one count of Conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, possess with intent to manufacturer or deliver a controlled substance. Both charges are felonies.
Both defendants appeared before a Fayette County Magistrate on December 31, 2025.
Linda Alexander-Green is in the Southern Regional Jail under a $50,000 bond.
Sharell Elliot Bell is in the Southern Regional Jail under a $100,000 bond.
