OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Mark Hurt, a candidate House of Delegates in Fayette County, is giving away more than 100 masks to Oak Hill city workers.
Hurt says he and his wife have been giving away and selling masks to the community for a few weeks now.
“It can be hard to get masks. I’ve seen some people see me when I’m out and about in the grocery stores, they ask me hey can your wife make me some masks. So my wife’s been filling those orders, making masks for people in the public,” Hurt said.
Hurt claims his wife spent more than two weeks making the masks.
They are planning to give away the masks free of charge to Oak Hill City Hall Monday morning.
