OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – The Oak Hill City Council Held it’s July meeting earlier tonight where members voted to change Oak Hill Municipal Code 5.02, which deals with garage and rummage sales.
In the June meeting, the city council made a motion to remove the fees associated with getting a yard sale permit. Today the city council voted on that motion with all members voting to remove the fees.
Although the fees are waived, the city of Oak Hill still wants residents to register yard sales through the link on the city’s website.
