OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – The Oak Hill City Council voted to approve the PRO Officer Contract between the city of Oak Hill and the Fayette County Board of Education.
The contract is a renewal of the contract that has been signed in previous years. The only difference this year is that the contract includes the raise that the officers received this year.
“That’s just the annual contract we’ve renewed for the past several years. The only alterations that have been made to it, taking into consideration that is what the officers got in the raise this year. Everything else is the same as it has been for the past several years.” said Oak Hill Chief of Police Mike Whisman.
The approval vote was all members for and none against.
