OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – The city of Oak Hill is making a bittersweet announcement.
The assistant city manager, Dae Dae Kirk, is retiring. After 37 years of working for the city of Oak Hill, Kirk says that the time is now.
Coworkers, family, and friends joined together at the Lewis house in Oak Hill to celebrate an exceptional man who dedicated so much of his time to our community.
Kirk has done practically every job in town and will be missed by all who worked with him over the years.
