Northern WV counties impacted the most by severe flooding from Tuesday night’s storms

Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – The worst of the severe flooding impacted areas to our north last night.

Marshall, Lewis, and Upshur counties all saw heavy flooding.

Governor Patrick Morrisey said the Division of Natural Resources assisted with 85 water rescues, and 310 National Guard Personnel were deployed.

So far, all residents have been accounted for, and no fatalities have been reported.
