Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Mt. Hope is known as the Phoenix city, after an efficient rebuild following a disastrous fire burned much of the city in 1910.
A non-profit based in Mt. Hope may also resemble this moniker after receiving a grant which forced them to adjust their expectations as well as do some internal reflection, only to come out stronger.
