New youth exhibit to begin at Tamarack

BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – A new youth exhibit is coming to the Tamarack.

Join Tamarack and support youth artists for the opening reception of “A Pigment of Your Imagination” Youth Arts Gallery Exhibition in the Governor Hulett C. Smith Theater Lobby happening January 24 from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Complimentary refreshments will be provided by Tamarack. This event is FREE to attend.

“A Pigment of Your Imagination” exhibition will be running January 24 – February 24, 2020. This exhibition aims to introduce K-12 artists to color theory, using color as emphasis, creating moods, and allowing them to explore the endless ways that color can be used in making their own original artwork.
