Princeton, WV (WOAY)—New River Community and Technical College will host a Real Estate Career Night on Monday, May 20, at 5:00 p.m.
The session will be at the Mercer County Campus at 304 New Hope Road, in Princeton.
The free event is for individuals interested in exploring a career in real estate to learn more about the licensing process in West Virginia.
Joyce Barker, the college’s Real Estate Instructor, will lead the course.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, hear real-world experiences, and discover whether real estate is the right path for them.
If you leave the Real Estate Career Night feeling inspired, New River CTC offers its next 90-hour West Virginia Real Estate Pre-License Course beginning Monday, August 18, at the Mercer County Campus.
The course aims to prepare students to meet the educational requirements to sit for the West Virginia Real Estate Licensing Exam.
