West Virginia (WOAY) If you’ve always wanted to write a book or sharpen your storytelling skills, New River Community and Technical College has a new class for you.
Beginning September 10, the college is offering a three-week “Keys to Creative Writing” workshop taught by West Virginia author Belinda Anderson.
The course will cover the fundamentals of creative writing through one-hour conference calls, making it accessible by phone or internet with no high-speed connection required.
The class is designed for beginners and experienced writers looking for a refresher.
Registration is $95, and the deadline to sign up is August 20.
