New BBQ spot opens in Fayetteville

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Court Street welcomes a new restaurant to the scene.
The Pink Pig started as Fred’s Barbecue and Catering. On Friday, siblings Fred Dolin and Vikki Hardin were eager to open the doors to the new Court Street restaurant.

Drawing from their catering menu and a few new and creative ideas, they plan to serve a variety of barbecue favorites.

“We have brisket, we have barbecued chicken, we have the pulled pork sandwich,” said Hardin. “We’re going to do something my brother calls a Sloppy Mac. That’s a barbecue sandwich with macaroni and cheese on it.”

The Pink Pig is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
