Nearly 60% of all patients who have tested positive for COVID-19 in WV have recovered

(WOAY) – The total number of people that have recovered from COVID-19 continues to climb.

According to the WV DHHR, 1,360 people have tested positive for COVID-19.  The total number of recovered is at 775, or 58.2%. The total number of deaths is at 54, just shy of 4%.

The number of active cases stands at 505 (37.9%).
