Tazewell, VA (WOAY) – A North Carolina man has been identified as the suspect alleged to have stolen an excavator in Tazewell County.
Christopher Neil Coughenour has been accused of stealing the excavator, a 2011 Caterpillar model, from a property on Fairgrounds Road on July 1 of this year.
He is 6’4, weighs 160 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Three other people have been identified as possible conspirators.
