Namaste Blends & Bites opening in Fayetteville

Namaste Blends and Bites is opening for business in Fayetteville, offering a fusion of Nepalese and Indian cuisine, plus fresh-pressed juice blends and smoothies. Owner Dinesh Lamichhane is thrilled to share a taste of his Nepalese heritage with Southern West Virginia:

“We have Nepalese dishes, popular Nepalese dishes that I grew up eating and that I love, and that I have seen my mom cooking.”

As Lamichhane describes, some of his favorite dishes on the menu, like chicken momo, are as popular in Nepal as cheeseburgers in America.

“I’ve been cooking since I was a kid. I remember my first time making my first chai tea. I remember my first time making my first curry… I love cooking, and these are the foods that I love to eat, too. So it’s pretty cool that I can make it, eat it, and share it with the community here.”

Lamichhane says everything on the menu is uniquely flavorful and made fresh from scratch daily.

Customers can get their first bite or drink at the soft opening this weekend at 115 E Maple Ave, and their regular business hours should start next week. They’ll be open from 9 to 4 on Wednesday, and 8 am to 8 pm Thursday to Sunday.
