Mullens, WV (WOAY) – The City of Mullens will host its 47th Annual Dogwood Festival from May 6th through the 9th, featuring vendors, carnival rides, entertainment, and a new craft building.
A highlight this year will be a groundbreaking ceremony Friday, May 8th for a new fire department, after flooding damaged the existing one.
