Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – A convicted felon in Mount Hope has pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm.
Eddie Daivon Morgan is facing up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Morgan was arrested in 2022 on malicious wounding charges. When officers took him into custody, they found two handguns on his person.
He has previously been convicted of drug trafficking, manslaughter, attempted murder, and wanton endangerment.
