BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – Congresswoman Carol Miller has officially launched her re-election campaign, according to a press release from her campaign.
In the release, Miller highlighted an endorsement from President Donald Trump. President Trump made the endorsement in a Truth Social post in May.
Miller is facing primary challenges from Larry Jackson, David Sartin, and Derrick Evans. Evans also ran against Miller in the 2024 primary.
The only registered Democrat in the race at this point is Britta Aguirre. Isaiah Rucker is running as an Independent.
“Congressional Republicans and President Trump are in lock step securing the border, cutting taxes, lowering costs, and making America first trade deals. We have accomplished so much but there is still more work to do,” said Congresswoman Miller. “I am incredibly honored to once again have President Trump’s endorsement for my re-election and look forward to continuing to serve in Congress to deliver for the people of West Virginia.”
