Mercer County declares a local state of emergency

MERCER COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Mercer County has declared a local state of emergency due to COVID-19, (coronavirus).

Mercer County Commission has issued an executive order declaring a local state of emergency for the county.

A state of emergency means that it will help the county with more resources.
