Mercer County, WV (WOAY) – The Mercer County Commission is taking steps to make the community they serve look better.
The commission is accepting bid proposals to demolish dilapidated structures.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2025, at 10:00 am in the Mercer County Commission courtroom located on the second floor of the Mercer County Courthouse.
Bids will not be accepted from contractors who do not attend the meeting. Bid packets will be handed out at the pre-bid meeting. The bid opening will be at the same location on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
Sealed bids should be mailed or hand-delivered to Lori Mills, Dilapidated Structures Officer, 1500 West Main Street, Princeton, WV 24740.
