PRINCETON, WV (WOAY) – The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department is hiring entry-level deputy sheriffs.
Applications can be picked up at the Mercer County Courthouse. They are due on the physical testing date, April 13 at 9 a.m.
Those tests are happening at the Princeton Senior High School track. Everyone who passes the physical portion of the test will take the written exam at 10 a.m. at the Princeton Church of God.
Those participating in the physical agility test need to bring a doctor’s release form and a photo ID.
