Charleston, WV (CNN) – No ticket matched all six numbers drawn in the Mega Millions Tuesday night, making the estimated jackpot for Friday’s drawing $600 million for the eighth time in the history of the lottery.Â
$600 million sure would be a nice payout for the investment of a ticket that costs two bucks.Â
Mega Millions holds the distinction of being the only lottery game to have awarded five different jackpots worth more than one billion dollars.
All in different states: Florida, South Carolina, Maine, Illinois, and Michigan.Â
Tickets are sold in 45 states, Washington DC, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.Â
The next drawing is set for Friday, March 1.
Good Luck!
