West Virginia (WOAY) The Mega Millions jackpot keeps climbing.
Tuesday night’s drawing features an estimated jackpot of $707 million, with a cash option of more than $307 million.
July is the winningest month in Mega Millions history, where a record 27 jackpots have been won since the game’s inception.
Mega Millions officially launched in 2002,
The game was most recently restructured to a $5 price point with a built-in multiplier in April 2025, bringing a bigger starting jackpot and larger prizes for non-jackpot tiers.
It’s now one of the ten largest jackpots in the game’s history.
Tickets are $5 each and must be purchased by 9:59 this evening.
