Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – In Fayette County Circuit Court, a Meadow Bridge man has pleaded guilty to incest and third-degree sexual assault.
Gary McKnight admitted to sexually abusing a mentally disabled adult.
The victim, who functions at the intellectual level of an eight-year-old, told law enforcement that they had been sexually abused on three separate occasions.
Condoms recovered from a bathroom trash can contained DNA belonging to McKnight and the victim.
McKnight is facing up to twenty years in prison.
