McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s office busted an alleged dealer in Welch yesterday.
You’re looking at a picture of guns and alleged drugs seized from a house on 299 Beech Street.
Brittany Copley was arrested and charged with possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, and maintaining a dwelling for the sale of controlled substances.
She is being held on a total bond of $325,000 dollars, according to Magistrate court records.
The Sheriff’s office thanked the Welch City Police Department and the West Virginia Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force for their help.
