McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – The McDowell County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested a man alleged to have fired shots at CPS workers.
According to a press release, CPS workers traveled to Dairy Lane to Ricky Dale McMillian’s home to try to find a female known to be living there. They wanted to inform her that a case involving her was being closed.
Gunshots were allegedly fired. Deputies responded and ultimately arrested Ricky Dale McMillian following an investigation.
