McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – The McDowell County School District has received nearly $800,000 from the State School Building Authority for upgrades at Mount View High School.
That money is coming on top of more than $100,000 from local contributions, bringing the total investment to more than $900,000.
The money will be used for mechanical upgrades and other infrastructure improvements at the campus.
