ELBERT, WV (WOAY)- McDowell County is happy to announce that they now have their very own almost heaven swing. The Almost Heaven swings are placed around the state to help promote tourism by people visiting the swings.
The image above is the newest member of the over 30 Almost Heaven swings family. The swing is located at Miracle Mountain Wilderness Park in Elbert. The swing is about 7.5 miles from the warrior trail in Ream.
It’s ready for locals and visitors alike to visit and enjoy the views.
