Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – A Honduran man that had been previously deported from the United States has been sentenced for re-entering the country illegally.
Nolvin Alfredo-Diaz was arrested in Lewisburg last August.
He was previously convicted of felony heroin possession and felony cocaine possession. He was deported for the first time in 2006.
He was later found and deported from Colorado, making this the third time that Diaz was found living in the United States illegally.
