Man charged with terroristic threats in Oak Hill

Oak Hill (WOAY) – The Department of Human Services Oak Hill office had a lockdown on Friday, December 13th.

It started around 4 p.m. when Jason Rice contacted the office about them taking his kids.

Rice then threatened bodily harm to the employees and damage to the building, prompting a lockdown.

TFC A. E. Roberts and TFC J.D Morton arrested Rice without incident and charged him with terroristic threats.
