Scarbro, WV (WOAY) A man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in Fayette County.
According to Fayette County Sheriff Jess McMullen, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on U.S Route 19 near Scarbro for a minor traffic violation on Saturday, May 2.
After receiving consent from the driver, deputies searched the vehicle and discovered over 5 grams of suspected fentanyl and other items consistent with narcotics use and distribution.
Authorities arrested the driver, identified as 44-year-old Seth Elliot Bragg, charging him with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
He awaits further court proceedings in Southern Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bail.
