GARY, WV (WOAY)- A woman from Anawalt was arrested and charged with malicious wounding and domestic assault.
On Friday at approximately 8:30 am, Trooper L.A. Beggs responded to Grace Lane in Gary for a stabbing call. McDowell 911 were told that a woman had stabbed a man after some type of domestic dispute.
Upon arrival Beggs spoke to the male victim, 73-year-old Vince Wolfe of Princeton. Wolfe had received minor injuries from the incident and refused any medical treatment.
Biggs located 53-year-old Teresa Barker and arrested her without incident. Barker was processed, arraigned and issued a $10,500 cash or surety bond. Barker was transported to the McDowell County holding unit until bond is posted.
