PRINCETON, WV (WOAY) – Samuel Lusk has won the Republican primary for House of Delegates District 39 in a race to replace outgoing delegate Doug Smith.
According to the Associated Press, Lusk has defeated Thurman Scott Dickerson.
Lusk is the economic development director for the City of Princeton. He formerly worked in Representative Carol Miller’s office as a field representative.
Lusk was endorsed by Smith and Senator Shelley Moore Capito.
