Logan County, WV (WOAY) – A Logan County man has been arrested on drug charges.
According to a media release, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, troopers from the Logan Detachment of the West Virginia State Police conducted a drug investigation at a residence on Cow Creek Road in Omar.
Over the course of the investigation, troopers recovered a significant amount of Marijuana, Prescription Medication, and a firearm while searching the residence.
29-year-old Dennis J. Idyle of Omar, was arrested and charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Schedule V Substance and Conspiracy.
Dennis Idyle was transported to the Southwestern Regional Jail to await arraignment.
