Mercer County, WV (WOAY) — A hospital in our area is celebrating the opening of a new children’s department.
Princeton Community Hospital held a ribbon-cutting and celebration Wednesday to announce a new affiliation with WVU Medicine Children’s.
PCH will now be able to offer high-level pediatric care close to home.
This will include access to specialists and the nation’s leading children’s hospitals.
The celebration on Wednesday included a giveaway for kids, games, a live performance by the Pike View Marching Band, and an appearance by the WVU children’s therapy dog, Atlas.
