Charleston, WV (WOAY) The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help finding a missing South Charleston woman.
Authorities are looking for 34-year-old Tinsley Keithann Jarrell.
Jarrell is about 5’1 and 170 pounds, with blue eyes.
She has a rose tattoo on her shoulders and a Hello Kitty tattoo on her chest.
Her grandmother says she has not spoken with Jarrell since 2025, and had only been receiving text messages from her until earlier this month.
Jarrell may be homeless.
Law enforcement last had contact with her on February 8, when she was in the Sand Plant Road area of South Charleston.
