Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – Justin Dale Graves, a 43-year-old man from St. Albans, has pleaded guilty to multiple federal drug charges.
Law enforcement seized over 3 kilograms of meth, a loaded pistol, nearly 38 grams of fentanyl, 17 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of heroin, two digital scales, various types of ammunition, a drug ledger, and over a thousand dollars.
Graves admitted he had the drugs and planned to sell them. He had already sold 27 grams to a confidential informant.
He faces 15 years in prison to life in prison, at least 5 years of supervised release, and a fine of more than 10 million dollars.
