Governor Justice has appointed a replacement delegate for the 36th district, which is part of McDowell County.
Stephen “Green” is taking over for Anita Hall, who resigned back in January.
Green will be a delegate for the remainder of the term. He graduated from Concord University and is an independent insurance agent.
