ALDERSON, WV (WOAY)- It’s that time of year for the annual Alderson Strawberry Festival. The town is happy to collaborate with Sunset Berry Farm to bring this festival right into downtown.
It’ll be held on May 24th from 10 am to 4 pm.
There’ll be so much to do that day, from shopping with vendors, arts and crafts, activities for the kids, live music, food, and most importantly, some tasty strawberries. The Historic 1896 C&O Depot will also be open for touring.
There will be live music at Alumni Park, starting at 10 a.m. and going to 11:30 a.m., with the band 2nd Block Rock. Then, the Goodson boys will play from noon to 2 p.m. A new event they have this year will be a car and motorcycle cruise at Sunset Berry Farm.
They hope you’ll all come out to enjoy the tasty fun.
