PRINCETON, WV (WOAY)- Mother’s Day is a very special day to celebrate and appreciate your mom. There are many women who’ve been mothers for quite some time but some may be celebrating it with their first child.
Being a mother is truly hard work, but so rewarding, as many mothers say. The little ones you see above are some of the babies who were just born this past week.
We talked to a local mom, of now 3 kids, about what being a mom means to her and how it feels having her baby just before today.
“It’s exciting, it’s awesome. I love Mother’s Day. It’s always been a fun day to celebrate the women in our lives. So I’m not sure I’ll get to sleep in, but I’ll be excited to have an extra one at home,” said Paige Cole, the now mom of 3, including her newest baby, Knox. “It is the hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. Sorry. It’s hard not to get emotional about that. it’s the best thing in the world.”
