BECKLEY, WV (WOAY)- It was a fun day at the Bill Withers plaza at the Beckley Intermodal Gateway for the Bill Withers Festival Saturday afternoon.
The event featured eight music acts along with food vendors and activity booths.
On top of the music you can hear, there was beautifully painted guitar forms on display for a public art project around the plaza. There was also a dance party for everyone to have some fun!
