McDowell County, WV (WOAY) – An inmate has pleaded guilty to possessing an improvised weapon in FCI McDowell.
Demetrius McKinney admitted to having a six and a half inch sharpened piece of metal. It was found after guards broke up a fight.
He’s facing up to five years in prison and a two hundred and fifty thousand dollar fine.
