Huntington woman has pleaded guilty to drug-related crimes

Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – A Huntington woman has pleaded guilty to drug-related crimes.

On Tuesday, January 6, 52-year-old Tina Marie Dixon of Huntington pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and cocaine base.

Court documents state that on March 25, 2025, law enforcement executed a search warrant at a garage behind Dixon’s house. In her guilty plea, Dixon admitted she consented to a search of her bedroom.

During this search, officers discovered over 37 grams of a substance containing fentanyl and over 2 grams of crack.

They also found almost 19,000. She admitted that officers saw her distribute crack to a person outside her home when they first arrived to execute the search warrant.

Dixon is scheduled to be sentenced on April 13, 2026. She faces at most 20 years in prison, at least three years supervised release, and a fine of up to 1 million dollars.
