Huntington, WV (WOAY) – Two men were arrested Sunday night following an alleged assault in Huntington earlier in the week.
18-year-old Brick Mazdra of Huntington, WV and 21-year-old James Clapper of Flatwoods, KY are accused of assaulting a 22-year-old man from Huntington in Ritter Park on July 16, 2025, according to a news release from the Huntington Police Department.
In a video posted to multiple social media platforms, two men can be seen kicking and punching the victim as he falls to the ground defenseless.
Both men are charged with felony malicious assault.
The victim is being treated by a local hospital for his injuries.
