Huntington, WV (WOAY) – 33-year-old Mark Radford of Huntington was sentenced on Monday for time served and 15 years of supervised release for possession of child porn.
Radford must also register as a sex offender.
Court documents state that around November 3, 2022, law enforcement officers took Radford’s cell phone.
A forensic examination of the phone showed around 22 images of minors engaged in sexual activity. Radford confirmed he downloaded these photos online.
Radford also confirmed that some photos had prepubescent kids.
