Fairmont, WV (WOAY, video courtesy WDTV) – Summers County traveled to Fairmont on Monday to face the reigning state champion in Class A, Gilmer County.
The Lady Bobcats led for much of the contest, though Gilmer County did keep it close throughout the game. Summers County would go on to win 58-52.
Hannah Taylor led the Bobcats with 17 points, while Brittney & Whittney Justice each had 16 points. Gilmer County’s Kylie Shuff was the leading scorer with 20 points.
