Fayetteville, WV (WOAY) – Fayetteville girls basketball hosted Meadow Bridge on Monday as both teams look to continue their recent momentum with sectionals just two weeks away.
The Lady Pirates got out to a lead in the first half, and were able to maintain it in the third quarter, thanks to the play of Kendall Malay and Caroline Fenton, as they won 48-27.
Fayetteville goes on the road Tuesday to Charleston Catholic, while Meadow Bridge hosts Midland Trail on Thursday.
